i try this did not give the desired result even after many tweakings. have to try something else

Hey Fahim,
Not to sound discourteous, but you need to think outside the box, and to do that you need to learn the software in depth. Setting yourself a task like this one, will challenge you.
But don’t give up!
Did you add an adjustment layer above the video and added the effect to the adjustment layer?
The you can spin and turn the effect, without the video itself moving.Or maybe head over to After Effects, and do it there, as you have more possibilities + use of Expressions.
