How to create this text effect?

Ahh NFKRZ…….anyway, I would think you can turn the text into a 3D layer and animate the camera to make it seem the text is coming towards the camera in however fashion you want, and just add motion blur, maybe some fast blur if needed. Really it’s up to you. Oh, and maybe a glow. I think there’s a bit of a glow there. Going to assume you’re not a Pyro fan…..XD. For the old VHS glitching look, just look up a VHS look or use VideoCopilot’s Twitch to make it seem to glitch. If you don’t have the plugin there should be some tutorials for “glitching text”.

Thanks , I’m both NFKRZ and Pyro fan , but how to make that “ghost” (i don’t know how to describe that) for text like that? Sorry for my bad english
