Activity Forums Maxon Cinema 4D How to create this effect?

    I assume it’s all in After Effects:

    3D Stroke, doubled on Z axis and run through turbulent displace. I’ve done similar a few times.

    In C4D it could be done with splines & sweepnurbs key framing the growth percentage.

    Create your spline path of where you want it to go, then create another lets say round spline, apply a sweepnurbs to both of them , then you can animate its growth. You may also would want, instead of sweepnurbs to use mographs ‘tracer’ (which you have to still make a spline, and apply sweepnurbs to it and the tracer) then move the tracer along the first spline.
