How to create scratchy film effect?
Posted by Michal Bronec on April 22, 2012 at 11:11 pmI know how to do it grain, but I dont know how to do random scratches… Does anybody know how to do such thing in Vegas?

to get that is to use a plugin or google to find some kind
of film scratch effect footage and use it as an overlay on

Do you know about JHM Presets?
They are very effective filter packages. There are several that make what you need (Antiguo B/N, CinePro, etc)
