  How to create “Our Feature Presentation” background?

  Hello, I’m new here. Decided to finally sign up after lurking for years, because I’m having such a problem with [re]creating the background droplet/ripple effect that these videos have:

  I know they’re two different things, but I’d be satisfied with either. Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to make a background like this?
