How to create light reflections?
I have been looking everywhere and can’t seem to find a tutorial that can help me with creating light reflections from a city scene on a sign?
Any suggestions on what I should use for that? The image is a the Vegas skyline at night reflecting on a WELCOME to VEgas sign?

Try blurring the hell out of your plate and screening or adding it on top to create the reflections.
