  How to create highlight boxes for breakout quotes that are embedded

  Can anyone tell me how to put a colored highlight box behind text but without drawing a box and sending it behind the text which would make two separate elements, but so that the colored box sits behind a breakout quote but moves with the text and is therefore embedded in the text?
