How to create flicker effect?
Hello,
I would like to put a flicker effect on my (sports) footage, so it looks like this:
(skip to the 3 shots at 0:17)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gLD6BXHaaIAIn Vegas, there is a standard flicker effect available (via “film effects”), but this is not really what I’m looking for. The flickering needs to be (much) faster, and more subtle.
I asked the creator of the video how he did it, and he referred me to this article:

Hello I can’t get the video clip to play. Can you check it has uploaded correctly…or maybe I have a problem this end………..
