    im looking to do where the image plays inside of his body and the head . where the background is solid but the “object” or “person” has the woods or what ever in them

    You can accomplish this with a Mask. I’m guessing that the mask is generated by shooting the talent against a green screen and then using ChromaKey to create the mask. You would combine this with the Mask compositing mode on the Track using other tracks in Child Composite mode for filling the mask with video.

    Looks like a few layers with Mask generator and a cookie cutter feather to me. Then overlay the other visuals with key framed opacity.
