How to Create a Psychedelic/Crazy Color Effect?
Hello I am looking to create a rather strange effect with my video and do no know where to start. I am not even sure if I should be looking to After Effects instead.
What I am looking to do is create a video that cycles through different “glowing colors” almost like a psychedelic rave is going on. It is hard to explain but this video shows what I am trying to replicate.

In Premiere
Add the Color Balance (HLS) effect to you clip or to an Adjustment Layer in a track above several clips. Add a keyframe to the beginning of the clip on the Hue line. Add another keyframe at the end of the clip on the Hue line. For the value of the Hue click on the 0.0° and type 10x. This will shift all the color through a cycle ten times. Experiment with different values and keyframes to get the effect you want.Have fun!
