How to create a colour flare/glow?
Hi,
I watched a video on my girlfriends laptop the other day. It was from the Take That iTunes Pass a couple of years ago and featured a pretty cool colour glow/flare that flickered and changed colour within certain parts of the video.

Flares/glow starts at 2.45 mins.How is it done? Any help would be much appreciated.

This is done with “light leaks”, an effect you see everywhere these days – there are loads of them around at various price points, for example:
