  • How to copy/paste single audio tracks?

Posted by Sean Taylor on February 14, 2012 at 1:17 am

In the music video I am working on, there is the clap sound effect at the same intervals throughout the entire song. I tried to copy and paste the claps so I wouldn’t have to individually put every single one in, but every time I try to paste it, it pastes all of the tracks. I’m just trying to manipulate this track alone. Please help!

Click the first clap, shift+click the last one to select all of them, Ctrl+C to copy, position cursor at new location, Ctrl+V to paste.
Repeat this procedure to copy/paste twice as many claps.
    Repeat as desired.

Thanks so much! Now what do I do to select all tracks in a specific area?
