    How to convert SDHC files to editable format?

    I have been given some footage on the SDHC cards that have the following files on them:
    PRG002.PGI
    MOV007.MOI
    MOV007.MOD

    etc

    and another folder labelled MGR Info with:
    PRG_MGR
    MGR_DATA

    and another MISC with:
    AUTPRINT.MRK

    How to I open and extract these files?

    Need to convert them to prores preferably as I am using them with other footage already converted to prores.

    Dont’t worry. Now sorted. MPEG2 will convert them.
