how to convert frame rate in FCP
I’m trying to convert the frame rates of different angles of film so I can use them together in the multicam viewer. When I tried to do this in Quicktime Conversion in FCP, it didn’t change them… so I tried to use Compressor… I set up all the targets the way I wanted, but when I submit, it says: “The destination of one or more targets cannot be written to: The destination is not available, is read-only media, or you do not have write privileges.”
Do you know what I should change to make this work? Or, can you tell me how I can just change the frame rate exporting in Quicktime conversion from FCP? I’ve got a 30, 29.97, and a 17 frame rate that I’m trying to make all the same, but I also need to make them all the same Codec, because one is an mp4, another an avi, and another an iphone mov.

I am getting the same note from Compressor. It is telling me I don’t have read/write access. How can I fix this?
