how to convert FLV without installing Perian
I’ve got an old video that is in quicktime format but is an FLV1 codec. 3 years ago, I had Perian installed on my computer. But I’ve since gotten rid of it since I use AVCHD. Perian causes problems with AVCHD and FCP.
I now need to get to the video again and I can’t open it. I’ve tried MPEG Streamclip to no avail.
Should I just install Perian and then uninstall it?
