How to convert 4:3 video to ful frame 16:9

The AJA KONA 3 can perform SD to SD aspect ratio conversions. The following options are offered:

Letterbox: this transforms SD anamorphic material to a letterboxed image.

H Crop: will produce a horizontally stretched effect on the image; transforms anamorphic SD to full frame SD.

Pillarbox: will produce an image in the center of the screen with black borders on the left and right sides and an anamorphized image in the center.

V Crop: will transform SD letterbox material to an anamorphic image.

Dear AJA
Thank you for advice.
I try everything but without any success.
I need to convert 4:3 SD video from DVCAM PAL to BETA SP ful frame 16:9
I have DVCAM with SDI in/out and KONA 3.

My first question is: Is it possible to convert SD video from 4:3 to SD 16:9 without loosing part of pictures on top and bottom.

On AJA control panel conversion SD to SD with Letterbox, H crop, Pillarbox,V crop working but just with test patterns. VIDEO OUTPUT IS TEST PATTERN. (Test pattern changing shape in coordination with Letterbox, H crop, Pillarbox,V crop)
When I change it to INPUT PASSTHROUGH nothing is happening with video. Video is all time 4:3 even I changes options on SD to SD.
