How to convert 30i to 24p with twixtor 4.5 pro? I’ve been searching forever..
Hey guys,
I’ve read that twixtor 4.5 pro can convert my 30i video to 24p. How is this done? Can someone help me please? I’ve been searching and searching, but can’t find the answer.

If in AE for example (it varies per host)
1) Set Compositon Settings to 24 FPS
2) Drop true 30i footage in new comp (by true I mean not a 3:2 pulldown thing)
3) Set Input Fields usually to lower for 30i and set Input Frame Rate to 30
4) Render at 24PPierre

Thank you very much for the fast reply. I really do appreciate it, but i have one last question.
In Twixtor 4.5 pro, i don’t see the Output frame rate control that everyone is saying to put 24p into and have the input at 30. Why aren’t I seeing that in my effects window for the plug in?
If you need a screen shot ill post one to show you what Im talking about.
And will my audio match up if i convert it to 24p?

It was like that in version 3
Now we use the FrameRate value in the Composition Settings as output frame ratesearch “Frame Rate” in html doc that comes with it
