  • How to compress a still image movie to flv/f4v

    Hey all,
I’m trying to squeeze a 4-minute movie (with no sound) consisting of nothing but still images and titles into a decent size, say 10 MB or less, preferably. It is intended for a website only, will run in 768×432 (16:9). The project is set up in 1920×1080, square pixels, 25fps. My current output settings are f4v, 768×432, fps as original, 0,55 Mbit/s, and a Keyframe every 40 frames (because the stills run for 2seconds, so they last 50 frames-does that make sense?). The resulting file still is 19,5MB. I should be able to do better than that, I guess. Any hints? My Premiere is 4.1, btw.
