  • How to change the shape in a shape layer?

After having added repeaters and such how can I change an ellipse to a polygon star for instance without starting from O. Can the parameters be copied from one shape layer to another? I’ve duplicated the original so as to have all the parameters but cannot figure out how to swap the shape out.

If you expand the Shape layer’s properties, you can copy and paste whatever properties you like.

You could copy the repeaters to another shape layer, or you could paste another shape layer’s shape in. Drag the shape (rectangle, ellipse, polystar) above the repeaters if necessary.
