    I my computer works almost all night to convert a 10 minute HDV project into h.294 640×360 compressed video.
    In the morning I realize the I have some issue on the audio… only the audio not the video.

    What’s the best and fast way to change only the audio (AAC format) in a already exported compressed h.294 video?

    I used final cut and compressor.

    I have a quicktime video in h.294 video format and ACC audio, and I want to substitute the audio only.
    The video master with the correct audio, is on HDV, and if I export again from the master, it will take a long time.

    I tried to import the h.294 video in final cut, create a new sequence, change the audio. But Final cut works only with uncompressed audio. And If I export the sequence without changing format, FCP does it quickly but I have the audio uncompressed!

    FCP work with all sorts of audio, not just uncompressed but anyway, you can use QuickTime pro to do what you want:
