How to change export folder destination?
Posted by Kent Beeson on October 10, 2013 at 11:51 pmTried forever to change the location for my export media…for some reason it always places the video export in the same place – in an old project’s folder…why? And how to change to export to any folder I want?
Thanks

Once every 3 or four years I return to editing. this is happening now and I am annoyed about this problem. When people thanked you did they mean they could change the destination default? as you said it uses the last (most recent folder) or they meant they could export their media to the desired destination?
I tried again and every new export is back to the original destination.
“Save the project file when encoding is finished.”
I’m not sure what you mean by this. All I could see in the encoder window when it was finished, actually it’s there all the time, is “save Qeue” under File
Perhaps I missed something! But it can’t be changed, it would be more helpful for this orange area to be a “saving window” rather than a default destination.
Just the same thank you for helping 🙂I keep trying not always sure why!
