  how to change Caption timecode

  Hi Everyone,

  I am wondering if there is anyway can move all caption blocks forward or backward at the same time. I am not saying to move the caption bar on the timeline.
  I want to move the caption blocks forward or backward because I want the time code of each caption blocks move to a new position.
