    How to center a cropped video?

    Hi,
    I have transferred my old Hi8 tapes to DV-AVI, 4:3, 720×576, 25fps.
    There is jitter in different sizes around all 4 borders of the video which I would like to crop.

    I can re-center the cropped video manually which is not perfect.

    Is there an option in Premiere Pro (using CC 2015) to automatically center the cropped video?

    I’d just scale it up to maybe 102% in the Motion menu and see if that hides the edge issues.

    That would be my first suggestion.
