How to capture a computer screen, just like Apple.com? HELP!!
I want to digitize the video signal out of a PC through the board (I have a Kona 3) into a HD format, like DVCPRO HD 720p30.
What do I need to make it work?
Does any of you have done it before?see example:

The only solution I found were software based.Thanks for your help!!

Why don’t you get a DVI to Video to SDI converter box (or boxes), connect it to
a separate Mac with the Kona and capture it?

I believe an easier way would be to use Snapz Pro ( https://www.ambrosiasw.com/utilities/snapzprox/ ) to record the part of the screen you want to record into a QuickTime file. Later you can convert that file into any format. I’m quite sure that’s the way Apple does it.
