How can I bend frame to make clip fit in to overlay like this?

I would use 3D trackmotion.

I would have too, however if you look closely at the screen it is distorted. Hence my suggestion. Distort plus TM would do it. The clue for me was the “Bend” reference.

You’re absolutely right. In the early morning I could see it only on my phone, and there I couldn’t notice the curved edges.
In this case deform is really a better choice ????Best regards
