How to become a Cow Leader

To be honest, with the COW having grown as big as it has, we’ve not taken as active a role in this as we once did. We’re letting other COWs make that call through things like Likes etc., but we’re also paying much more attention to frequency of posting. It had seemed like a number of guys were treating their heads at the top of the page, and just stopped posting after that.

We’re also counting on people to help us fine tune choices. Again, it’s hard for us to keep up with every post in our busiest forums, much less across all 250-ish forums. We rely on members telling us that we’ve gotten something wrong, and the person posting a lot isn’t actually being helpful.

Because that’s the other thing. We were all active video producers when the site began, but as this became a full time job (duh), it has become difficult-to-impossible to even tell who has a clue anymore. LOL We can make educated guesses, but that’s where your direction is invaluable.
