How to animate a film burn? Like when the video glows brighter?
Does anyone know how this effect is done? Just before the video cuts to another clip it “burns” brighter meaning they dont just turn the brightness up but the entire video looks like its becoming hotter and brighter into a pure white. Does this make sense?

i think you meant to add a link, but i don’t see one…
by your description, you might try the glow effect and animate the threshold and intensity.
