How to adjust conventional dialog recording?
I’ve recorded a piece of narrative dialog using a conventional karaoke microphone (ice cream cone mic). As expected, there’s a lot of unwanted puffing and whiffing, especially when I’m saying B, P, K, or T. I did minimize the ambience noise a bit by recording within the confines of a rough cloth blanket, but i’m pretty sure that could improve as well. Could someone explain how i can use the features in Audition to get rid of the popping, puffing, and whiffing and be rid of the small amount of hiss or breathing in the background?
