I output a video from ae to a flv file,

how to add links to this flv file as website purpose?

Not sure, but I think you’ll have to go into Flash for that purpose

Try the wizard on This Link. Make sure you give credit to Jeroen Wijering. Well you don’t HAVE to but it’s nice to do.
