How to add visuals to top & bottom portion of video like this…
Is it possible to do a video like this where you have two diff visuals in the video?? If so how do I go about doing this?>>>

Place two 4×3 videos on the timeline, one on track one and another on track 2. Now on the right side of the top video there’s a square icon. It’s call pan and crop. click it and select 16 x 9 in the preset dropdown window. This will give you this effect. Hope this helps, Danny

Well Danny it’s not quite what’s going on that . . . . .
If you look closely at any of the background “split” videos, you’ll notice, especially with faces, that there is quite a distance from a “nose” to a “mouth. This indicates to me that the “background” video is in fact “split” horizontally and given a fair bit of vertical separation, allowing the middle section to be stripped in.
On this basis, I think that you’d need at least 3 Tracks and lets call the 3 visuals “regions” as TOP Region MIDDLE Region and LOWER Region. Using Pan/Crop to get each Regions selection and then Track Motion for the “separation” layout your tracks as follows:
Track 1 – TOP Region
Track 2 – MIDDLE Region
Track 3 – LOWER Region
