How to add keyframes?
How do i add a keyframe,
so i can add one at start of a clip till the end, and make it smoothly zoom in

All the effects/Track Motion/Pan Crop dialogs have a timeline across the bottom. That is the area where you add the keyframes. Just put the cursor somewhere on the timeline, change a setting, and a new keyframe will be automatically added.
