how to add a hyperlink to a video
I know you can’t add hyperlinks in a video through afterEffects, but are there any tutorials that shows step by step how to add a hyperlink button at a specific frame?

You can do this in either flash or encore. There are great tutorials for both at lynda.com – paid, or youtube.com/flashbuilding- free

Evan is right that Flash is the best tool for this, but I’ll also point out that there are some very limited features for doing this in After Effects.
