    I’m wondering what the best way is to achieve this sort of time-lapse. I would also like to film the part when the hair is done, the camera goes back to 25fps.

    And will the blackmagic camera be any good for this sort of shoot. If not, which other camera will be a good one?

    This is more like a VFX shoot with reference frames being used on an external monitor to help with continuity. Shoot the time-lapse at 1fps, then use a reference monitor to align and shoot the dissolve to your 25p footage afterwards.
