How to achieve this effect?!
Hello everyone,
I am trying to achieve this “spatter/particle” effect in the images below. It is the effects behind the subjects that appears to be particles with an outer glow. I have tried the brush tool, to no avail. I have messed with every single property of the brush. Can someone lead me in the right direction on how to achieve this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance
