How often will the engineers of the Blackmagic come to the mailing list?
I have subscribed to the mailing list, and posted two questions fours day ago, but nobody has replied yet.

Hi Robert,
Response time depends on the load at the time and also on the questions themselves.
If they are quite technical, then there maybe several engineers that would have to talk before an appropriate answer could be sent back to you, so in some cases this may take a couple days.
The list is monitored daily.
