How is this logo animation done?

but i dunno- looks a bit old hat
perhaps they done it cinema 4D

this company uses AE & Cinema 4D
so perhaps a combo of the 2

August 20, 2013 at 4:42 pmAe for the usual color correction, nothing else. They had the logo, imported to C4d, tesselated to small triangles and extruded them along spline deforms. Simple materials and lightning.
Pretty straightfoward but very well executed.
