    I have Compressor 4.0.7 & Squeeze 9. Can I do this with either?

    DV codec is source?
    Both can do that but I assume you mean H.264 (mpeg4 part 10) .mov. You could probably do the ancient mpeg4 part 2 but I’m not sure why you’d want that.

    Our Pro Tools system likes DV movies for sync to picture. We don’t have external Avid hardware for picture. A few months back I did an adr session for the Ray Donovan show and they supplied an mpeg-4 which worked because it was made with the dv codec. I’d like to know how t hat was done. Thanks.
