How does it make any sense to scale up to an 800×600 from 720×480…

thank you everyone for the advice, I will definitely try upscaling in compressor as many of you have suggested. And yes it is in 4:3 aspect ratio. And no they don’t pay well hah. But I guess in this economy I can’t complain.
