how do you work the offset effect?
i’m trying to get the look of a strip of film with the same image on each frame running down at different speeds. i thought i had done this with the distort>offset filter before, but can’t seem to make it work anymore.

Try making a strip comp with the stylize>motion tile effect, then apply offset to move the strip.
