HOw do you Upgrade to Final Cust Studio 3?
so i see that FCP Studio 3 offers an upgrade thats 300 dollars.
what is the requirement for that? if I have final cut pro 3 or final cut pro express will i be able to upgrade instead of buying the full versions?

You have to own Final Cut Studio 1 or 2. If you just own Final Cut Pro, there is a different upgrade price for that.
All of this is spelled out quite clearly on the Apple site.
