    Hi guys.
How do you swap or animate something’s parenting from one object to another in AFX?
EG: The old – Ball being thrown from one hand to the other – problem.

    Thanks.

I’d split the layer at the switch point and re-parent the second piece.

    Thanks allot.
I just hate cheating though. I’m from a 3d backround and parenting issues like this eventually become a huge problem if you don’t do it right.
Is there no real way of doing it?

Methinks you would get a huge headache from trying to code something like that.
Do it the fake way 😉
