I created a title in one project, but am not able to reuse it in another project. The title file doesn’t exist on my hard drive. Apparently its embedded in the old project.

How do I reuse titles across different projects?

Open the project with the title. Select the title in the project panel. File>Export>Title
Import that file to the new project and it’s a saved title for use anytime any project. Or you could make it a template and it will be available to all projects and there’s no searching for it. just open the templates and open it from there.

It might seem odd that Adobe chose to do this….

But I think it has to do with titles resolution independent when you move a project from say HD to SD or the other way around…

The ebbedded titles should recognize and vector scale themselves accordingly….

    just a guess….
