  How do you remap hidden keystroke combos such as ALT-SHIFT-Arrow up/down?

  I just found out you can change the audio level by one db using the keyboard shortcut Alt-Shift-Arrow up/down.

  I’d like to remap that to another key but I don’t know where to find the button/menu item to do this. Is there a way?
