How do you make a shape with uniform bent edges?
So I saw this really beautiful poster by Richard Perez and I’m wondering how do you create those half circles with perfectly uniform scallop edges. I’ve been trying to draw those shapes with the pen tool and not succeeding at accurately and uniformly creating the scallops by drawing them on my own.

Create an ellipse, than Effect > Distort > Zig Zag as Smooth. Enable Preview in the prompt so you can fine tune the settings.
