How do you get Boris to reply to support issues?
I sent one in (my first time using support) on Friday. Still no response.
This isn’t very fast customer service. Are they always this slow?My problem is there are no controls for any BCC filter I drag into an
FCP timeline. It all worked fine until a week ago when I changed from
one user account to another. Now it doesn’t work on either of them.
Same computer. I also upgraded from FCP 5.1.2 to 5.1.4 at the same time.
Right now BCC is useless.Is there a quicker way to get ahold of Boris than the support forms?
Don’t they have a support email address?Thanks,
