How do you freeze clip on the timeline in Vegas Movie Studio Platinum 11

Also, the HELP is not working since the 256 Upgrade /
how do you get it to function ?

November 4, 2011 at 12:32 pmPlace your cursor at the desired spot, press the Snapshot icon (just above the Preview Window), choose the desired image format, give it a name and save it, split the timeline at that spot, drop the image at that spot and stretch it for the desired amount of time.
