How do you export an HD project

i know it’s been a very long time since the last post in this thread..
Same question…

let’s say, i want to export an HD sequence (as HD .avi), is it possible? i want it to export as an edited HD sequence to imposrt it in after effects…

is there any way for that particular matter?
