January 22, 2006 at 6:31 pmBasically hit A to turn on auto keyframing, then adjust the parameter you want to keyframe.

Pressing Ctrl+K will set a keyframe for the last-adjusted parameter. i.e. If you move an object and then press Ctr+K, you will add a position keyframe. This was added in Motion 2.
