  • How do you capture one long dv file in Vegas Capture?

Posted by James on April 12, 2005 at 9:08 pm

I have been trying to capture a 40 minute minidv ,
using vegas capture. and it keeps cutting it into
clips. none of which are remotely the same size.
it seems to be randomly cutting it into ‘clips’.

my hard drive is NTFS…so it’s not a FAT issue.
i have changed the prefernce setting of “maximum file size”
from 640 mb to 10,000 mb…and it didn’t change anything.

anyone know what i’m doing wrong?

Turn off scene detetion, or check that the time code doesn’t have gaps.
