    There is a speed fuction that you change in percent on each layer.

    Pretty easy.

    Right click on the columns title in the timeline window (like the “Layer Name” title). Then, choose Columns > Duration. It as to be checked. Then, just click on the new “Duration” title’s column to change the pourcentage or the speed itself of the layer.
